Great Lakes Elite Women’s Lacrosse Recruiting Showcase is designed to give players something most recruiting events can’t: real access to college coaches and a genuine opportunity to be coached, challenged, and evaluated.

This isn’t a day of standing in line, playing in a crowded showcase, and hoping a coach notices you.

It’s an opportunity to learn directly from college coaches, compete alongside top players, and experience what it’s like to be coached at the next level.

Meet. Learn. Compete. Connect.

• COACHED BY EVERY COLLEGE COACH
  Players will personally meet, work with, and be coached by every college coach attending the showcase. This will provide them the opportunity to experience different coaching styles and philosophies firsthand.

• DEVELOP YOUR GAME
  Players will rotate through focused technical and tactical stations designed to develop the skills required at the collegiate level, while gaining insight into how different college coaches teach and develop players.

• REAL CONVERSATIONS. REAL CONNECTIONS.
  Players will have actual, meaningful conversations with attending college coaches. Coaches will have the opportunity to learn about players, and players will gain a better understanding of the schools and programs they represent.

• 10:1 PLAYER-TO-COACH RATIO
  With approximately a 10:1 field player-to-coach ratio, players receive more instruction, more interaction, and more opportunities to be seen.

• RECRUITING Q&A WITH NCAA COACHES
  The day concludes with an open Q&A session featuring the attending NCAA coaches, giving players and families the opportunity to ask questions about the recruiting process, including what coaches look for, how and when to communicate with programs, what makes a player stand out, and how to navigate the path to college lacrosse.

• TALK RECRUITING. GET ANSWERS.
  Beyond the Q&A, players will have the opportunity to discuss the recruiting process directly with NCAA coaches and gain perspective from the people actually making recruiting decisions. This is a chance to ask the questions players and families often don't know who to ask.
